AdBrand is a complete Online Digital Signage Network. All the digital displays on the network are connected to AdBrand’s Data Centers over the internet. The operation & management of the displays is centralized with no human intervention.

The Technology

AdBrand's website, www.kioskmint.com available on the World Wide Web acts as a centralised tool that can be conveniently used for the complete management of the signage network. Ad campaign management, Management of Screens, Billing & Invoicing system and Reporting systems are completely online and are accessible through the website. Each user (Advertiser, Premises Owners or Network Partner) is given a unique login that grants them access to their respective online interfaces which enable them to manage their Ad campaigns or Screen information and to view reports or status of invoices.

Ad Broadcasting

On AdBrand’s online network the Adbrands (Digital Displays) are connected to the Data Center over the Internet. The Data Centers are uploaded with Ad media, through AdBrand’s online interface, by Advertisers or AD Agencies or by AdBrand’s Media Planners. Along with the Ad media the campaign parameters such as the targeted Geography (cities & towns) and Channels (Business location with potential customers), impressions per day, peak business hour targeting etc are also defined.

The Adbrands are installed with proprietary software which communicates with the Data Centers & retrieves the Ad media to the Adbrand. After the Ad media is downloaded the Ads are displayed according to the campaign requirements defined by the advertiser. The proprietary software automatically detects & updates itself of any new or updated Ad media and controls the streaming of the advertisements on the Adbrand as frequently as every three minutes.

The proprietary software also secures the Ad media from misuse by encrypting them. The Software is also programmed to alert both the Premises Owner & AdBrand’s Anti-Fraud Team in case of technical issues or possible fraud, through Email, SMS and Network Alerts.

Screen Management

Premises Owners (Partners) upload the information regarding their Adbrands using the web interface. Information such as the screen size, positioning, premises location, expected footfalls, Business hours, Peak Business hours, type of business performed at the location etc are captured and stored on the Data Center. This information is stored for each Adbrand on the Network. Based on this information the Ad broadcasting algorithm on the Data Centre broadcasts the Ads to Adbrands across the network as per the defined campaign requirements.

Billing & Invoicing

The Advertisers pay only for the confirmed impressions of their ads across the network. The billing is real-time and charged per impression. The proprietary software installed on each Adbrand communicates to the Data Center upon successful impression of an Ad. Every time a confirmation is received the accounting engine at the Data Center automatically deducts money for each impression from the Advertiser’s account (Prepaid service agreement) or will charge the amount to the Advertiser’s invoice amount (Postpaid service agreement). The amount deducted from the Advertiser is then automatically added to the Premises Owner's account after deduction of the network service charges. The billing system automatically sends invoices & the payments to the Advertisers & Premise Owners on predefined timelines.

Reporting & Tracking system

The Tracking & Reporting system allows Advertisers & Premises Owners to view real time reports online. The system uses complex algorithm to create Impression Reports (City, Adbrand, and Channel specific) and Impression Maps (impressions super imposed on a GIS based map). The reports provide complete clarity to the Advertisers on each of their Ad campaigns, including the number of impressions of the ad & the total cost incurred towards the campaign.
